Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Consultant in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate diagnosis and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide immediate diagnosis, resuscitation, and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients. - Lead the emergency care team and supervise junior doctors, nurses, and paramedics. - Manage medical and surgical emergencies across all age groups. - Ensure timely and effective patient care in line with clinical protocols. - Coordinate with other departments (ICU, surgery, radiology) for multidisciplinary care. - Review patient progress and make decisions on admission, discharge, or referral. - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and case histories. - Participate in quality assurance programs, audits, and emergency drills.
