About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Critical Care, you will provide essential round-the-clock care for critically ill patients in the ICU under consultant supervision.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide round-the-clock care for critically ill patients in the ICU under consultant supervision. - Perform and assist in procedures like intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management. - Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code blue and rapid response teams. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, nurses, and physiotherapists. - Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation and patient records. - Supervise and mentor junior residents and nursing staff in critical care protocols.
