Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Consultant/Consultant in Neurosurgery, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous system. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care provided at Venkateshwar Hospital.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat disorders requiring surgical intervention. - Perform complex neurosurgical procedures including tumor removal and spinal surgeries. - Evaluate patients using clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, etc.). - Develop and implement preoperative and postoperative care plans. - Collaborate with neurologists, intensivists, and rehabilitation teams for holistic care. - Ensure strict adherence to surgical protocols and patient safety standards. - Manage neurosurgical emergencies including head injuries and intracranial hemorrhages. - Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation. - Supervise, train, and guide junior doctors and surgical residents. - Engage in research, case discussions, and academic presentations.
