About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care and supporting the education of future medical professionals.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care in orthopedic OPD, IPD, trauma, and emergency services. - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Orthopedics. - Perform and assist in orthopedic procedures and surgeries under supervision. - Participate in pre-operative planning, intra-operative support, and post-operative care. - Guide interns and junior residents in musculoskeletal examinations and basic procedures. - Attend ward rounds, case discussions, and academic sessions regularly. - Contribute to research projects, audits, and academic publications. - Maintain detailed clinical records, operative notes, and follow-up documentation. - Participate in CMEs, orthopedic workshops, and departmental meetings.
