About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Emergency Medicine, you will lead a dedicated team in managing acute and life-threatening conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Lead the emergency department team in managing acute and life-threatening conditions. - Perform rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of patients in emergency situations. - Supervise triage, diagnostics, and care protocols to ensure timely intervention. - Coordinate with specialists (e.g., surgery, cardiology) for multidisciplinary patient care. - Oversee and guide junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in the ER. - Ensure proper documentation of patient records, diagnoses, and procedures. - Maintain readiness for mass casualty, trauma, and disaster management protocols.
