Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Attending Consultant in Critical Care, you will lead a dedicated ICU team in managing critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.
How You'll Contribute: - Lead the ICU team in managing critically ill patients with multi-organ dysfunction or life-threatening conditions. - Perform and supervise advanced procedures such as intubation, central lines, dialysis access, and ventilator management. - Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient response closely. - Collaborate with specialists (e.g., cardiology, nephrology, surgery) for multidisciplinary care. - Supervise and train residents, fellows, and ICU nursing staff. - Ensure compliance with critical care protocols, infection control, and quality standards.
