About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Nuclear Medicine, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients using advanced nuclear medicine techniques.
What You'll Be Doing: - Supervise and perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures (e.g., PET-CT, SPECT, thyroid scans). - Interpret nuclear imaging studies and generate accurate, timely reports. - Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and monitor patient responses. - Ensure radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance are strictly followed. - Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists for integrated patient care. - Train and supervise junior doctors, technologists, and support staff in nuclear medicine practices. - Maintain accurate documentation and patient records for procedures and outcomes.
