About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the medical team.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide inpatient and outpatient care under the supervision of consultants. - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. - Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly. - Assist in emergency care, ICU rounds, and critical case management. - Perform clinical procedures like IV cannulation, lumbar puncture, etc. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. - Guide and supervise junior residents and interns. - Participate in academic activities, CMEs, and case presentations. - Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and infection control measures.
