Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Pathology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education and patient diagnostics.
How You'll Contribute: - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pathology. - Conduct practical sessions in histopathology, cytology, hematology, and clinical pathology. - Perform grossing, slide preparation, staining, and microscopic evaluations. - Support faculty in academic planning, assessments, and internal exams. - Guide students in case discussions, seminars, and research activities. - Participate in routine diagnostic services and quality assurance protocols. - Contribute to departmental research and publication efforts. - Maintain lab records, specimen documentation, and reporting accuracy. - Attend CMEs, journal clubs, and interdepartmental meetings.
