Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Ophthalmology, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical care and education in the field of ophthalmology.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide clinical care in OPD, IPD, and emergency ophthalmic services. - Assist in teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate students in Ophthalmology. - Perform and assist in ophthalmic procedures and surgeries under faculty supervision. - Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, refractions, and slit-lamp evaluations. - Participate in academic activities like seminars, journal clubs, and case presentations. - Guide interns and junior residents in clinical skills and patient management. - Support departmental research and contribute to scientific publications. - Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and follow-up data. - Attend CMEs, workshops, and conferences in ophthalmology. - Adhere to ethical standards and institutional protocols for patient safety and care.
