About the Role: As a Consultant/Jr. Consultant in the NICU, you will provide specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns, making a significant impact on their health outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU. - Monitor vital signs, interpret lab results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Perform and supervise neonatal procedures like intubation, ventilation, and catheterization. - Coordinate with pediatricians, nurses, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care. - Communicate with parents regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. - Maintain accurate and timely medical records and progress notes. - Ensure adherence to infection control and NICU-specific safety protocols.
