Your Core Responsibilities: - Manage inpatient and outpatient cases under the supervision of consultants. - Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and initiate treatment plans. - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment based on response. - Handle medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations. - Coordinate with specialists for referrals and multidisciplinary care. - Perform and assist in diagnostic procedures and minor interventions. - Maintain accurate medical records, case notes, and discharge summaries. - Supervise and guide junior residents and interns. - Participate in academic activities, clinical discussions, and CMEs.
