Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Consultant/Associate Consultant in Nephrology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing kidney diseases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including hypertension and electrolyte imbalances. - Oversee dialysis treatments – hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT. - Provide pre- and post-operative care for renal transplant patients. - Interpret diagnostic tests like renal function tests, biopsies, and imaging studies. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for nephrology patients. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urologists, dietitians, and intensivists. - Monitor and manage complications related to renal disorders and dialysis. - Educate patients and families about disease progression and lifestyle modifications. - Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and participate in audits.
