About the Role: As a Registrar in Liver Transplant, you will play a crucial role in the management of liver transplant patients, ensuring high-quality care and support throughout their treatment journey.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative management of liver transplant patients. - Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient vitals, labs, and graft function. - Coordinate with transplant surgeons, hepatologists, and ICU teams for comprehensive care. - Manage transplant-related complications under supervision. - Document patient progress, clinical findings, and treatment plans accurately. - Participate in donor and recipient evaluations and surgical preparation. - Respond to emergencies and participate in critical care management. - Educate patients and families about transplant procedures and follow-up care.
