About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Physiology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education by assisting in the training of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Human Physiology. - Conduct practical classes, demonstrations, and small group discussions. - Supervise physiology lab experiments and ensure proper functioning of lab equipment. - Support faculty in developing lesson plans, assessments, and academic schedules. - Guide students during internal exams, tutorials, and viva sessions. - Participate in departmental research projects and contribute to scientific publications. - Assist in organizing academic events like seminars, workshops, and CME programs. - Maintain and update records of practical work and student performance.
