Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Microbiology, you will play a crucial role in educating the next generation of medical professionals and ensuring high standards in diagnostic microbiology.
How You'll Contribute: - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Medical Microbiology. - Conduct practical sessions in bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, and immunology. - Supervise diagnostic microbiology labs and ensure quality control in test reporting. - Support faculty in curriculum development, academic planning, and assessments. - Guide students during internal exams, practicals, and research projects. - Participate in hospital infection control activities and antimicrobial stewardship. - Engage in departmental research and contribute to publications. - Maintain laboratory records, equipment calibration, and biosafety protocols. - Attend CMEs, workshops, and interdepartmental academic meetings.
