About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Dermatology, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care and enhancing the educational experience of students.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care in OPD and IPD for patients with dermatological conditions. - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy. - Perform and assist in dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and laser treatments. - Participate in academic activities including seminars, journal clubs, and case presentations. - Guide interns and junior residents in clinical evaluation and patient management. - Support faculty in research projects and contribute to publications. - Maintain detailed patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up data. - Participate in community skin camps and awareness programs. - Attend CMEs, workshops, and departmental meetings regularly.
