About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical care to patients while contributing to the education of future medical professionals.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings under faculty supervision. - Assist in teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate students in General Medicine. - Conduct ward rounds, monitor patient progress, and document clinical findings. - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as per departmental protocols. - Participate in case discussions, journal clubs, and academic seminars. - Guide interns and junior residents in clinical duties and patient care. - Contribute to clinical audits, research projects, and publications. - Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of patient records and discharge summaries. - Attend CMEs, workshops, and institutional training programs.
