About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care during surgeries and managing patients in critical care settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide anesthesia care during elective and emergency surgeries across specialties. - Assist in teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. - Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and manage intraoperative anesthesia. - Monitor and manage patients in the ICU, recovery room, and critical care units. - Participate in pain management services and post-operative care. - Guide interns and junior residents in anesthesia procedures and protocols. - Contribute to departmental research and present findings in academic forums. - Maintain accurate anesthesia records and adhere to safety protocols. - Attend CMEs, workshops, and simulation-based training sessions.
