Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Urology, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care and supporting the education of future medical professionals.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide clinical care in urology OPD, IPD, and emergency services under faculty supervision. - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Urology. - Perform and assist in urological procedures such as catheterization, cystoscopy, and TURP. - Participate in major urological surgeries and pre-/post-operative patient care. - Conduct ward rounds, case presentations, and academic discussions. - Guide interns and junior residents in urological examinations and basic procedures. - Contribute to research activities and support publication of clinical findings. - Maintain accurate operative notes, patient records, and follow-up documentation. - Attend CMEs, surgical workshops, and departmental academic meetings.
