About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Gastroenterology, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care and supporting the education of future medical professionals.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care in OPD, IPD, and emergency gastroenterology services under supervision. - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Gastroenterology. - Perform and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (e.g., UGI scopy, colonoscopy). - Participate in daily ward rounds, patient assessments, and management planning. - Guide interns and junior residents in clinical evaluation and procedures. - Support faculty in academic sessions, seminars, and journal clubs. - Contribute to clinical research, audits, and departmental publications. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and procedural reports. - Attend CMEs, workshops, and interdisciplinary case discussions.
