Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in ENT, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care and supporting the education of future medical professionals.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide clinical care in ENT OPD, IPD, and emergency services under supervision. - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT. - Perform and assist in ENT surgeries and diagnostic procedures (e.g., endoscopy, audiometry). - Participate in daily ward rounds, case discussions, and academic presentations. - Guide interns and junior residents in ENT examinations and minor procedures. - Contribute to departmental research and academic publications. - Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and follow-up data. - Attend CMEs, ENT workshops, and academic meetings regularly.
