About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Biochemistry, you will play a crucial role in conducting biochemical tests and analyses that directly impact patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct biochemical tests and analyses on patient samples as per clinical requirements. - Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of test results. - Supervise lab operations and maintain quality control protocols. - Assist in teaching and training of undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. - Collaborate with clinical departments for interpretation of biochemical findings. - Participate in departmental research and academic activities. - Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure calibration. - Ensure compliance with NABL/ISO standards and safety protocols. - Contribute to clinical audits, internal assessments, and documentation processes.
