Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Nephrology, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care to patients with kidney diseases.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide clinical care to patients with kidney diseases in OPD, IPD, and dialysis units. - Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nephrology. - Monitor and manage hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT under supervision. - Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and nephrology consultations. - Perform and assist in procedures like kidney biopsy and central line placement. - Guide interns and junior residents in renal patient evaluation and management. - Support departmental research and contribute to academic publications. - Maintain accurate documentation of dialysis logs, patient records, and follow-ups. - Attend CMEs, nephrology workshops, and academic conferences.
