Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Gastrosurgeon at Charak Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and surgically treating conditions related to the gastrointestinal tract.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and surgically treat conditions related to the GI tract, including esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder. - Perform advanced laparoscopic and open surgical procedures such as colectomy, gastrectomy, hepatectomy, and GI cancer surgeries. - Evaluate patient history, symptoms, diagnostic tests, and imaging to determine the need for surgical intervention. - Collaborate with gastroenterologists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive care. - Manage pre-operative and post-operative care, including follow-up visits, wound care, and recovery monitoring. - Maintain detailed surgical records, operative notes, consent documentation, and patient reports. - Ensure strict adherence to surgical safety protocols, infection control, and hospital standards.
