About the Role: As an Associate Consultant in Hematology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing hematological disorders, contributing to patient care and treatment plans.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in the diagnosis and management of benign and malignant hematological disorders. - Support bone marrow aspiration, biopsy procedures, and interpretation of hematologic investigations. - Collaborate in the planning and administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or transfusion protocols. - Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as per clinical progression. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and tumor boards. - Supervise junior medical staff, technicians, and coordinate with pathology and lab services. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment protocols, and follow-ups. - Adhere to clinical guidelines, infection control practices, and hospital policies.
