About the Role: As an Associate Consultant in Medical Oncology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with various types of cancers, utilizing advanced therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in diagnosing and treating patients with various types of cancers using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. - Support the development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with senior consultants. - Monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and adjust treatments as needed. - Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary team discussions. - Guide and supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff involved in oncology care. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records, treatment plans, and follow-ups. - Engage in academic activities, clinical research, and CME programs. - Maintain adherence to hospital protocols, oncology safety standards, and infection control practices.
