Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and manage diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and biliary system. - Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopy, gastroscopy, and sigmoidoscopy. - Interpret diagnostic tests like ultrasound, CT, MRI, and lab reports related to GI conditions. - Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic GI disorders. - Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, and radiologists for comprehensive patient care. - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment based on clinical response. - Provide emergency care for GI bleeding, perforations, and hepatic failure. - Educate patients on diet, lifestyle modifications, and preventive GI care.
