Your Core Responsibilities: - Assess patients preoperatively and determine appropriate anesthesia plans. - Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures. - Monitor vital signs and manage patient stability throughout the procedure. - Provide post-anesthesia care and manage recovery from anesthesia effects. - Respond to intraoperative and postoperative complications promptly. - Maintain anesthesia equipment and ensure drug availability and safety compliance. - Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and ICU teams for coordinated patient care. - Maintain accurate anesthesia records and follow medical documentation protocols.
