About the Role: As a CTVS Surgeon, you will play a critical role in performing complex cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform complex cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic procedures. - Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular disorders requiring surgical intervention. - Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthetists, and intensivists to plan surgical treatment. - Supervise pre-operative assessments and post-operative care in ICU and wards. - Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures. - Participate in emergency surgical interventions as required. - Maintain accurate operative and post-operative records. - Involve in academic activities, clinical audits, and case presentations.
