Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Consultant Nephrologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing kidney diseases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including CKD, AKI, and glomerulonephritis. - Supervise and monitor patients undergoing dialysis (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis). - Provide expert care in electrolyte imbalances, hypertension, and fluid management. - Perform kidney biopsies, catheter insertions, and other nephrology-related procedures. - Collaborate with urologists, transplant teams, and critical care specialists as needed. - Guide renal transplant patients in pre- and post-operative phases. - Review and interpret lab results, imaging, and renal function tests. - Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle, and treatment compliance.
