Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in ICU under the guidance of Consultants. - Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients with life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, trauma, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction. - Perform emergency and lifesaving procedures including intubation, airway management, central/arterial line insertion, and ventilator support. - Monitor diagnostic reports (ABG, ECG, X-rays, lab values) and initiate treatment accordingly. - Actively participate in daily ICU rounds and update Consultants on patient status. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment records. - Ensure smooth coordination with nursing staff, paramedics, and other specialties for holistic patient care.
