About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Critical Care, you will provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, making a significant impact on patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients admitted to the ICU. - Independently manage complex cases including sepsis, ARDS, multi-organ dysfunction, shock, trauma, and post-operative critical patients. - Lead and supervise Senior Residents, Junior Residents, and ICU nursing staff in delivering evidence-based critical care. - Perform and oversee emergency procedures such as intubation, central/arterial line placement, tracheostomy, chest tube insertion, and advanced airway management. - Monitor and interpret diagnostic results (ABG, hemodynamic monitoring, imaging, and lab parameters) to plan treatment strategies. - Conduct structured ICU rounds, document patient progress, and ensure timely clinical decision-making.
