About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Physiology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education and research.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct and assist in teaching theory and practical sessions for undergraduate (MBBS) students. - Supervise and demonstrate laboratory experiments in general and clinical physiology. - Participate in curriculum development, assessments, and exam invigilation. - Support faculty in research activities, publications, and departmental projects. - Maintain records of student attendance, practical performance, and academic progress. - Attend departmental meetings, journal clubs, and faculty development programs. - Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and teaching materials. - Guide students during internal assessments and viva sessions.
