About the Role: As a Jr. Resident in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in monitoring and caring for critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitor and record vital signs, lab results, and clinical status of ICU patients. - Assist in the initial stabilization and ongoing care of critically ill patients. - Support senior residents and intensivists in performing procedures such as IV cannulation, ABG sampling, and basic airway management. - Administer medications, fluids, and oxygen therapy under supervision. - Maintain updated documentation including daily progress notes and treatment charts. - Respond promptly to patient emergencies under guidance. - Coordinate with nurses, respiratory therapists, and laboratory/radiology departments for timely investigations and interventions.
