About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality surgical care and training the next generation of medical professionals.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in performing surgical procedures (minor and major) under supervision. - Manage ward duties, postoperative care, and daily rounds. - Attend and manage emergency and trauma cases in casualty and OT. - Participate in outpatient clinics and patient follow-up. - Teach and mentor undergraduate and junior postgraduate students. - Present cases in clinical discussions, seminars, and mortality meetings. - Maintain accurate clinical records, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
