About the Role: As an Emergency Medicine Consultant, you will lead the clinical management of patients in the Emergency Department, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment for critical cases.
What You'll Be Doing: - Lead the clinical management of patients presenting to the Emergency Department. - Provide timely diagnosis, stabilization, and treatment for trauma and critical care cases. - Supervise junior doctors, nurses, and emergency staff in clinical decision-making. - Ensure adherence to emergency protocols, triage systems, and resuscitation guidelines. - Coordinate with specialists and departments for referrals and multidisciplinary care. - Monitor and improve quality of emergency services and patient outcomes. - Oversee documentation, patient records, and medico-legal reporting.
