About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesiology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgeries across various specialties (general, regional, local). - Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and prepare surgical patients. - Manage post-anesthesia recovery and handle anesthesia-related complications. - Provide care in Intensive Care Units (ICU) including ventilator and critical care management. - Assist in emergency and trauma resuscitation. - Participate in labor analgesia and pain management procedures. - Guide and mentor undergraduate students and junior residents. - Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation.
