About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and surgical assistance.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures including trauma, joint replacement, and arthroscopy. - Manage inpatient care, preoperative and postoperative evaluation, and rehabilitation. - Attend to emergency and trauma cases, performing minor procedures independently when required. - Participate in outpatient clinics, plaster room duties, and fracture clinics. - Teach and mentor undergraduate and junior postgraduate students during clinical rounds and bedside sessions. - Present clinical cases in academic discussions, seminars, and journal clubs. - Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
