About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Physiology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education by teaching and guiding students in their academic journey.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Biochemistry through lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. - Conduct laboratory demonstrations, experiments, and assist students in clinical biochemistry practices. - Participate in curriculum planning, internal assessments, and examination duties. - Engage in departmental academic activities such as journal clubs, CME, workshops, and case discussions. - Guide and support student research projects, dissertations, and presentations. - Contribute to departmental research, publications, and participation in conferences. - Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and departmental reporting. - Collaborate with faculty for continuous improvement in teaching and research methodologies.
