Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Nephrology Consultant, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating kidney-related disorders, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat kidney-related disorders including acute and chronic renal failure. - Manage patients requiring dialysis, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. - Interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and renal biopsy reports accurately. - Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hypertension and electrolyte imbalances. - Collaborate with transplant teams for pre- and post-kidney transplant care. - Supervise dialysis units and ensure quality control and infection prevention. - Guide and train junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in nephrology protocols. - Counsel patients and families on disease progression and lifestyle modifications.
