About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the academic environment of our institution.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide inpatient and outpatient care under supervision of faculty/consultants. - Manage emergency and routine cases in General Medicine including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. - Assist in ward rounds, clinical case discussions, and specialty clinics. - Participate in academic teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. - Perform procedures related to General Medicine as per training and competency. - Maintain patient records, clinical documentation, and discharge summaries accurately. - Engage in departmental academic activities such as seminars, journal clubs, CMEs, and workshops. - Contribute to clinical research, publications, and institutional projects.
