How You'll Contribute: - Perform surgical procedures including appendectomy, hernia repair, laparotomy, and abscess drainage. - Diagnose surgical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. - Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care. - Manage emergency surgical cases and trauma patients as required. - Collaborate with anesthetists, physicians, and other specialists for comprehensive care. - Ensure proper documentation of surgical notes, consents, and patient records. - Adhere to sterilization protocols and infection control standards in the OT. - Counsel patients and families regarding surgery, risks, and recovery.
