How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat disorders related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. - Perform urological procedures and surgeries such as TURP, cystoscopy, and lithotripsy. - Evaluate and manage conditions like kidney stones, UTIs, incontinence, and prostate issues. - Interpret imaging, lab reports, and urodynamic studies for accurate diagnosis. - Develop personalized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical options. - Collaborate with nephrology, oncology, and radiology departments for integrated care. - Counsel patients on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and post-operative recovery. - Supervise and mentor junior doctors and clinical staff in urology practices.
