Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Critical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring their safety and well-being.
How You'll Contribute: - Manage critically ill patients in ICU, including those on ventilators, inotropes, and life support. - Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and arterial cannulation. - Monitor and interpret vital signs, ABGs, imaging, and lab reports for timely interventions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management. - Lead emergency resuscitations and handle code blue situations efficiently. - Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and ICU protocols. - Supervise and guide junior doctors, nurses, and allied staff. - Maintain accurate medical records, consent forms, and treatment summaries.
