Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Orthopedics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions including fractures, arthritis, and joint disorders. - Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture fixation. - Develop individualized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical interventions. - Interpret X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other diagnostic reports accurately. - Monitor post-operative recovery and manage rehabilitation protocols. - Collaborate with physiotherapists and other specialists for comprehensive care. - Guide and mentor junior doctors, residents, and clinical staff. - Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control. - Educate patients and families about procedures, outcomes, and preventive care.
