About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Pharmacology, you will play a crucial role in educating future healthcare professionals and contributing to the advancement of pharmacological knowledge.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pharmacology through lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. - Conduct experimental pharmacology demonstrations, clinical pharmacology discussions, and problem-based learning activities. - Assist in pharmacovigilance, drug safety monitoring, and adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting. - Support curriculum development, internal assessments, and examination duties. - Participate in departmental academic activities such as seminars, journal clubs, CMEs, and workshops. - Guide and mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and presentations. - Contribute to departmental and institutional research, publications, and conferences. - Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and maintain departmental reports.
