About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Physiology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education by teaching and guiding students in their academic journey.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in the field of Physiology. - Conduct practical classes, demonstrations, tutorials, and seminars. - Assist in curriculum planning, internal assessments, and examination duties. - Actively participate in academic activities such as journal clubs, CME, workshops, and departmental discussions. - Support and guide student research projects and presentations. - Contribute to departmental research, publications, and conferences. - Maintain academic records, documentation, and ensure smooth functioning of the department. - Collaborate with faculty members for continuous academic development. - Adhere to institutional policies, academic ethics, and professional conduct.
