About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesiology, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia services for various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide anesthesia services for elective and emergency surgeries across specialties. - Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications. - Assist in pre-anesthetic check-ups and preparation of patients for surgery. - Manage critical care cases in ICU, emergency, and postoperative recovery units. - Administer regional, general, and local anesthesia as per surgical requirements. - Handle airway management and advanced resuscitation procedures. - Guide and supervise junior residents, interns, and anesthesia technicians. - Maintain detailed records of procedures, medications, and patient outcomes.
