Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Sr. Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive orthopedic care to patients under the supervision of experienced consultants.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency orthopedic care under consultant/faculty supervision. - Diagnose and manage fractures, musculoskeletal injuries, joint diseases, and trauma cases. - Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures (trauma, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, spine, pediatric orthopedics, etc.) as per training and competency. - Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, ward rounds, and follow-up clinics. - Manage orthopedic emergencies in casualty/ER including polytrauma and fracture stabilization. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation, operative notes, and discharge summaries. - Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in orthopedics. - Participate in departmental academic activities including seminars, case presentations, journal clubs, and CMEs.
